NoA Wins BattleIT #5

No more BattleIT for now. NoA just won the grand final and grabbed the 40.000 DKK. NoA once again showed that they are absolutely unstoppable on the Danish scene for now.

The final once again came down to NoA going straight trough the upperbracket and to the grand final. Their opponent different from the last few finals, wasn't Gravitas Gaming. In the consolidation final Gravitas surprisingly lost to Spirit of Amiga 16:11 on de_train. It's been a long time since we have seen Spirit of Amiga in any of the finals here in Denmark, but they made it this time.

de_nuke- NoA 8:16 SoA
de_inferno - NoA 16:11 SoA

First map was de_nuke, NoAs map. SoA started on the T side, and played it really strong, gathering 8 rounds as T, and only letting NoA gather the remaning 7. After the side switch the half had SoA written all over it, especially wazorNplayed amazing, and the crowd really enjoyed watching him. SoA won de_nuke with 16:8.

Second map de_infernoSoAs map. Seemed like NoA woke up, they once again played the game we know them for. Starting as T gathering 10 rounds, with zonicbeing the key player for NoA. Side switch and NoA needing 6 rounds. SoA did however not give away the rounds that easy. Friis had a clutch round 1v5 where he managed to take out 4 NoA players and plant the bomb, he however got taken out by ave. NoA got their six rounds and got the 1 map that they needed.

NoA once again showed that there's nobody able to beat them on Danish soil. NoA will be going to Dreamhack next weekend where they will be showing that they once again are in the very top of the international team list.
